Yes, we move in all "non severe" weather conditions. All items will be covered by storage blankets or shrink wrap as they exit your home, and wiped dry as they enter the truck or your new home.

Denver Moving Services uses only our own employees, who are thoroughly trained and certified to be working for Denver Moving Services. Our movers are professional and outstanding

What form of payments do you accept?

Denver Moving Services accept most forms of payments.

Do you provide moving supplies or do I need to provide them?

Yes We do! At Denver Moving we proudly ourselves on ensuring that your items are packed efficiently and transported safely. Denver Moving Services has experienced workers that will take gentle and efficient care of your belongings.We make sure to pack each item with the same care and delicacy to ensure we don’t just relocate your items, but also keep them safe and unharmed.

What is the best way to pack my boxes ?

Denver Moving Services offers full packing and unpacking services that can be customized to meet the needs of any move, large or small. Our professional movers can pack every item in your home from silverware to large furniture.

What Do i need to do if i need a storage?

If your residence is not ready just yet, we’ll store your belongings at our secure, convenient storage facilities as part of the moving process. We will store them on site until your new house is ready. Once your new home/office is ready we will promptly deliver them to the new location.

How Do We cover /wrap a 3 seat Sofa ?

Packing your items before moving out can be a stressful and time consuming experience. Our professional and skillful movers can help you pack up by offering special services and moving materials. We use high quality materials and boxes, that will best suit your things and needs. It is important to distinguish how each item needs to be packed for it to remain undamaged. How Do We Build any size costume Boxes?

We know what kind of boxes, crates and materials are best for your belongings. We will wrap and pack your things in a way that they remain protected and unharmed. How Do We Cover/wrap a book Cabinet ?

We take our special moves very seriously, our priority is to pack your valuables in away that they will be 100% secure throughout loading, transit and unloading. Our experienced movers will handle all special items with the utmost care and efficiency. How Do We Cover/wrap a Laundry Machine?

You’ll need to empty out and unplug the fridge at least 24 hours before the move. The laundry/dryer machine will have to be clear of clothes and not used for 24 hours before the move.

Where can I get boxes for moving?

You can purchase them from us directly, we also provide other moving supplies. If you choose not to purchase those moving supplies from us you can buy them at large hardware stores, they carry a good selection of moving supplies.

What should I keep with me on my moving day?

Keep with you anything you or your family may need to use on the say of your move. Common items like food, toiletries, phone chargers, change of clothes, kids favorite toys and ect. Additionally, medications, important paperwork (ex. Birth-certificates and social security cards) and anything that is highly valuable or sentimental. As well as any firearms that you may own.

Do my appliances need any special preparation before the move?

Electric appliances must be disconnected from any electrical connection. Freezers need to be defrosted at least 48 hours before the move. Washers or dishwashers must be empty. Chandeliers or some other lamps must be unattached from the power wires. Some appliances are connected to gas, you should look or a professional to do this. Consider calling your plumber or electrician.

Do you transport pets?

Pet's lives could be in danger inside the moving truck, where is the risk o moving objects and the lack of ventilation. We don't transport pets, therefore you should get a kennel to move it, if you have dogs or cats. Smaller pets should be in their respective cages.

Can you help me arranging my furniture at my new home?

Remember that is very important is to number and identify the boxes before moving out. Once in your new destination our staff will gladly help you arrange your furniture and appliances in their respective rooms. If your boxes or crates are identified the process will be easier and faster.

Do you move live plants?

In local moves, live plants can be transported if they have been previously packed, especially small or medium size plants. In long distance moves we don't transport plants because we can't guarantee they will reach your destination in perfect conditions

Do drawers need to be empty?

Except for dressers and chest of drawers, you should empty drawers. You can leave clothing only. The drawers will be secured by our personnel. Large dressers must be totally empty. Standard two-drawer file cabinets don't need to be emptied. Those larger than two files must have all drawers above the bottom two, empty.

Do you have to be present throughout the whole moving process?

We recommend that you are present during the pickup and the delivery. If you can't be, there should be someone that is familiar with your goods and/or new home to help our employees

No, it's illegal to transport items that are flammable, explosive or corrosive. You should carry them by yourself or dispose them before moving.

It is illegal and unsafe for our trucks to transport items that are flammable, explosive, or corrosive. You must either carry these items yourself or dispose of them prior to the moving day.

 

Items considered “illegal” by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) include, but are not limited to, the following:
